Summer Food Service Programs

The Summer Food Service Program (SFSP) is a federally-funded child nutrition program, administered by the Colorado Department of Education School Nutrition Unit, that provides reimbursement to local organizations that provide free, nutritious meals to children and teens, 18 years and younger, when school meal programs are not available. Community summer meal programs are open to all kids and teens – no ID or registration is required. Many summer meal sites offer fun activities in a safe place that help kids stay active and keep learning during the summer when school is out. Learn more information about SFSP here.
