Family Pathway Framework 101
The Family Pathways Framework 101 is an introduction to the Pathways intended to provide enough information for new Family Resource Centers joining the FRCA network and new staff in current FRCs to understand the three pathways and the Family Pathways Framework Essential Components so that you can begin to implement services aligned with this framework. This is intended for; Direct Service Staff, Supervisors, Implementation Team Member, and Leadership.

As part of the new Family Pathways Framework Fidelity Monitoring training requirements, two new trainings are being offered by FRCA for member center direct service staff, supervisors, implementation team members, and leadership. Throughout June, July, and August all existing staff can register to participate in the Family Pathways Framework 101 (90 minutes) and Implementation Strategies (90 minutes) training sessions.

Standards of Quality for Family Strengthening & Support 2-Day Virtual Training
Registration will open May 14 at 8:00 AM (6 weeks before the training)
Description: FRCA adopted The Standards of Quality for Family Strengthening & Support in 2013. They are the first and only standards in the country to integrate and operationalize the Principles of Family Support Practice with the Strengthening Families Protective Factor Frameworks and its research-based, evidence-informed Five Protective Factors. The vision is that their implementation will help ensure that families are supported and strengthened through quality practice.
- The Standards Certification Training, developed by the National Family Support Network (NFSN), is provided virtually by NFSN Member Networks in their geographic areas. FRCA is the only organization in Colorado that has been trained and authorized to conduct this training. The Certification Training is designed for all management and direct service staff, as well as for funders. Teams of Executive Directors, Managers, Coordinators, and Direct Service staff are highly encouraged to participate together because each has a key role to play in implementing the Standards effectively.
- Each participant who successfully completes the training receives a certificate from the NFSN that is valid for two years.
- Price per attendee: $125 for Non-members
- Time Frame: Training is currently only offered virtually and takes place over two consecutive days (8:30 am-4:30 pm, 8:30 am-12:30 pm)
