FRCA's Capacity Building program supports family resource centers in building their long-term program excellence and organizational sustainability. FRCA also helps promote the family resource center model and its benefits for families, children, and communities.
Capacity Building includes
- Training and technical assistance in program and grants management, strategic planning, resource development
- Peer sharing and networking
- Evaluation support - independent evaluation through OMNI Institute and Efforts to Outcomes data tracking system to relate services and programs to family outcomes
