Clinical Supervisor – Denver Indian Family Resource Center, Denver, CO

The Clinical Supervisor oversees and manages the implementation of case management and clinical techniques in order to achieve the program’s overall objective of providing culturally responsive quality services to American Indian and Alaska Native children and families. The Clinical Supervisor directly supervises the clinical team including case managers, and a resource and referral specialist. In consultation with the Executive Director, the Clinical Supervisor has decision-making responsibility for child welfare practice and the referral strategies implemented by clinical staff. The Clinical Supervisor submits billing for county-contracted services and assists the Development Manager with reports to funders. The Clinical Supervisor builds and strengthens collaborations with the community to provide holistic, wraparound services to client families.

Family Engagement Specialist – Denver Indian Family Resource Center, Denver, CO

The Family Engagement Specialist (FES) is responsible for the engagement, intake, assessment, and case management of families seeking services from the Denver Indian Family Resource Center (DIFRC). The FES contributes to the positive adjustment and development of families by providing trauma-informed and strength-based services to meet the needs and goals of each family. Services include family engagement, direct intervention, intensive home-based services, parenting coaching during visitations, assistance with service navigation, advocacy on behalf of children’s permanency, and collaboration with partner agencies to meet the specific needs of each family. The FES assists families in the advancement of their life and parenting skills and supports families to attain their goals using a culturally-responsive approach. This position reports directly to the DIFRC’s Family Services Supervisor.

Intake Specialist – Sister Carmen Community Center, Lafayette, CO

The Intake Specialist is responsible for meeting with individuals and families in need of food bank resources. The Intake Specialist will assist them with accessing the food bank, as well as connecting them with other relevant services within Sister Carmen Community Center and the community at large. This position is the primary point person for data collection, entry, and maintenance into county-wide database, Boulder County Connect.
