The Family Resource Center Association (FRCA) is issuing this Request for Proposals to individuals or firms interested in providing services for Board Development training and technical assistance to be conducted between March – December, 2018. This is a new project for FRCA and we are flexible in the design of this program.

Family Engagement Specialist – Denver Indian Family Resource Center, Denver, CO
The Family Engagement Specialist (FES) is responsible for the engagement, intake, assessment, and case management of families seeking services from the Denver Indian Family Resource Center (DIFRC). The FES contributes to the positive adjustment and development of families by providing trauma-informed and strength-based services to meet the needs and goals of each family. Services include family engagement, direct intervention, intensive home-based services, parenting coaching during visitations, assistance with service navigation, advocacy on behalf of children’s permanency, and collaboration with partner agencies to meet the specific needs of each family. The FES assists families in the advancement of their life and parenting skills and supports families to attain their goals using a culturally-responsive approach. This position reports directly to the DIFRC’s Family Services Supervisor.
Director of Development – Sister Carmen Community Center, Lafayette, CO
Working under the supervision of the Chief Executive Officer and with staff and volunteers, the Development Director is responsible for managing SCCC fundraising efforts. The primary objective of this position is to implement and execute fund development strategies to maximize the resources necessary for the organization to fulfill its mission.
Thrift Store Director – Sister Carmen Community Center, Lafayette, CO
Oversee operations of Thrift Store: provide leadership to staff; ensure maximum sales and profitability as an income source for SCCC programs; oversee merchandise, inventory, expense control, manage operating costs, and marketing merchandise. Plan and implement store improvements and changes, recommend to CEO long-term plans for Thrift Store within the scope of SCCC mission. Oversee store safety improvements and foster safety best practices.
