Executive Director- La Plata Family Centers Coalition, Durango, CO
The La Plata Family Center Coalition is seeking a qualified candidate for Executive Director. The La Plata Family Centers Coalition was founded in 1984 with the mission to build healthy communities by promoting and supporting the growth and development of families. The La Plata Family Centers Coalition is a community organization providing neighborhood-based centers focused on supporting family strengths and healthy child development in La Plata County. The Coalition supports, nurtures and celebrates all families regardless of personal background or belief. Programs provide a non-judgmental atmosphere where strengths are built upon and shared with other families.
The Executive Director is responsible for the successful leadership and management of the organization according to the strategic direction set by the Board of Directors. The Executive Director provides overall management of the Family Center’s operations and programs, ensuring that the organization is fiscally sound while continuing to preserve its programmatic excellence.

Individual and Family Advocate Manager- Sister Carmen Community Center, Boulder, CO
The Individual and Family Advocate (IFA) Manager is responsible for supervision of the Individual Family Advocates for SCCC. Meet with families in crisis; responsible for the overall quality of family service plan implementation. Provide strategic input for implementing and improving IFA program at SCCC.
Family Engagement Specialist – Denver Indian Family Resource Center, Denver CO
The Family Engagement Specialist (FES) is responsible for the engagement, intake, assessment, and case management of families seeking services from the Denver Indian Family Resource (DIFRC). The FES contributes to the positive adjustment and development of families by providing trauma-informed and strength-based services to meet the needs and goals of each family.
Family Connections Manager – Catholic Charities of Central Colorado, Colorado Springs, CO
To improve the health, welfare and resiliency of families in crisis by ensuring program services are available to meet
a range of immediate needs; specifically, screening and assessment, stability planning, crisis de-escalation, information,
referrals, and support. Plan, organize and coordinate the services, activities, and community partnerships of Family
Connections in coordination with the Director. Oversee the policies and procedures, budget, grant reports and
statistical information and databases. Supervise assigned staff, interns and volunteers in the operation of the Family
Connections Center, offering hospitality, safety, and a supportive atmosphere where families are treated with dignity
Clinical Supervisor – Denver Indian Family Resource Center, Denver, CO
The Clinical Supervisor oversees and manages the implementation of case management and clinical techniques in order to achieve the program’s overall objective of providing culturally responsive quality services to American Indian and Alaska Native children and families. The Clinical Supervisor directly supervises the clinical team including case managers, and a resource and referral specialist. In consultation with the Executive Director, the Clinical Supervisor has decision-making responsibility for child welfare practice and the referral strategies implemented by clinical staff. The Clinical Supervisor submits billing for county-contracted services and assists the Development Manager with reports to funders. The Clinical Supervisor builds and strengthens collaborations with the community to provide holistic, wraparound services to client families.
